Yes Jim, I know that is the format, I was just using as shorthand example of
the generic settings that I am using in an attempt to get it working and I
didn't have access to a list of the DISP results from the 635 at the time of
the post.

The point is that even when I put the correct lat/long values and format I
get a digi back from VK4RGC-3 but nothing gets out to aprs.fi.
