Hi David. The information looks correct. Leave the HT link OFF. That is only
for handhelds that share a mic and PTT line.
It might be worth metering the mic/speaker lead and confirming the wires.

Ground goes to 2.5mm sleeve
Speaker goes to 2.5mm tip
PTT goes to 3.5mm sleeve (definitely confirm this one)
Mic goes to 3.5mm ring
Both jacks should be stereo.

I can send you a wiring diagram of the OT+ to PX777 using the free earpiece
if you need it. The only difference would be the wire colours.
