[OZAPRS] Nowra VK2MPJ-1 status

Upon further investigation, it would appear that the regulator has given 
up the ghost.  I will attempt to repair this asap, but for the time 
being, Ross VK2VVV has been kind enough to loan a suitable replacement.
I hope to have the digi back on air sometime next week.
