[OZAPRS] TM-D700A won't turn on

Tried resetting the unit.

I've had to do that to mine to fix "funnies"

I'm wondering in anyone may have a simple fix for a problem I have on my
d700? Over the last few weeks it has been powering off at random, however
now it won't power on no matter what I try.

I have metered out the interlink cable between the head and the radio, all
seems fine and the fuse on the power lead is AOK. If I disconnect/reconnect
that cable sometimes the segments in the head display light up momentarily,
but I still can't turn it on.

Any clues would be gratefully accepted,
