[OZAPRS] sgates

Well my setup is rather simple! I just have a Yaesu FT-50r with my
TinyTrak4D (kiss) hooked into XASTIR...  and only using a 2m 1/4 wave.
I'm not TX(ing) on the freq (145.825) as for how many there may be, the
more the better, you could decode a packet that the rest miss! so if you
have the equipment sitting there essentially doning nothing then it may
as well do nothing on 145.825!
