Odd.  The code in the section that fails has been fixed in the latest
version of aprsd, 2.2.5-15, and you're using a package based off
an older version 2.2.5-13.

I've compared the Ubuntu 2.2.5-13 source package, the Debian 2.2.5-13
source package, and the 2.2.5-15 aprsd source package, and 2.2.5-15
certainly has change in this area.

I suggest you try 2.2.5-15 ... just to quickly check if that solves the
problem, and if it does we can update the bug report suitably.
