[OZAPRS] HF Frequency

Hmm... its a little tricky! in that there has been fair pro's & cons for
staying, but I still think that if 40m is to remain viable as well then
we will need to action something! 

Since sunset here I have not decoded a thing due to PSK31, Olivia and
some CW

So as you can see, just me! I've also upped my power back to 100w (was
50w) normally at this time of night I hear both VK5LY-4, ZL2TZE-4
reliably on Tuesday - Thursday but not on the other nights due to QRM...

So Phillip, what's the status for band use above 7.100 in NZ? (question
only!) 

Is it worth while announcing on the news bulletins (WIA & NZART) that
get repeated around the country, that we are here on 7.036 (7.034300
centre freq) and we want a fair chance at using the frequency?
