[OZAPRS] Help needed please.

Ron,
Have you tried using the USB/serial with anything else, say a TNC?
In the absence of a TNC, do you have an old dial up modem that you could
try to talk to? Even a serial mouse.
You can see where I'm coming from - have you proved the USB/serial
adaptor isn't the problem?
