[OZAPRS] WX Station Help

Okay, I have conducted a little experiment which seems to have yielded 
some results.  I have used UI-View to up load the WXNOW file that is 
generated by Cumulus and the WX data is displaying properly.  I will 
leave it running this way for a day or two to see what happens....
