[OZAPRS] Newb HF questions ;)

I would like to second that! The Tin roof on a big rural shed has
provided one of the best antenna installations I have used with a 5BTV.

So much so that when we do the renovation at our Sydney house I am going
with Colourbond roofing so i can install another vertical.

If you can possibly get the antenna on that roof I think you will be
surprised.

When drilling the hole for the support pole be sure to get a proper hole
saw and not the $10 cheapies. The $10 cheapies result in no hole, loss of
blood and swearing.

Regards,
Shaun Pitcher

Damien, you have one of the best grounds there is and that is the tin
roof of the shed. If possible get the antenna on top of the shed roof.
