[OZAPRS] HF APRS for Standard Licence holders

I have been watching with interest the discussions on this forum.  As a
standard licence holder I considered HF APRS was probably not for me because
30m was off-limits.  I have only recently started experimenting with APRS on
VHF as there was a VHF digipeater and IGate running in my vicinity.
Unfortunately every time I attempt to experiment I find the digipeater or
IGate not operating.

I do plan to upgrade to an Advanced licence at some future stage but in the
meantime I may be able to experiment on HF if there is some consensus on the
frequencies to be used which are open to standard operators.
