[OZAPRS] ZL3A wiping out digi section

I am now down to 600mW, the radio will go no lower and not sure how 
accurate the Diawa Power meter is at the very bottom of the 30 watt 
scale, but it does measure down to 1 watt OK.
My only choice now is the get the FT817ND out, and go even lower...... ;-)
I have had good success in the past on 30m with 500mW.
