[OZAPRS] Propagation + VK1 VK7 VK6 its all goin OFFf or ON

Wow that good propagation. The SSB boys will be loving it!

APRS on 2mtrs is defiantly not a state based thing.
I'm glad we have a National APRS Standard that everyone follows.
