[OZAPRS] HF to VHF Confused

Thanks for your assistance I should qsy. I am suddenly getting a lot  
of data, after restarting, yet to see why.
As I said, my main concern is not that 40m is better than 30m, but it  
sure is if you can't use 30m, as is the case for a standard call like  
me.
