[OZAPRS] Getting a GPS15H to work after 12 months of power off?

And bingo, after a night of nothing making it to aprs.fi, I did some 
more checking, and it seems the ot1x's 300 baud support is somewhat of a 
hack, and it's on 2110/2310, not 1600/1800 as the manual suggests!  
Retuned the radio, and finally have working posits :)

Today the commodore gets pulled apart and wired up :)
