[OZAPRS] VK2DQC-15

Just started noticing VK2DQC-15 this morning on 30m .. Hes got a Open traker
by the looks. His frames are very long with lots of info. I dont know if we
need all that info and hes decreasing his chances of actually getting a
Posit through.

Also the path of WIDE1-1,WIDE2-2 on 30m is not going to help much either.
