[OZAPRS] VK2 Network update

Hi all,

 

Last week saw VK2RMO-1 in Tamworth come online.  Mike VK2JMA is in the
process of getting this digipeater to its final QTH, but already there is a
little bit of activity around the area getting into the network.

 

Future plans for this area are under evaluation, but possible sites near
Quirindi, Guyra, Armidale, Glenn Innes and Tenterfield are being looked at.

 

There could also be some additional digis coming up along the coast. Ray
VK2TV is investigating some sites between the existing VK2RGL-1 digi at
Cabbagetree and VK2RMC-1 at Kempsey to fill in the hole.
