[OZAPRS] TT3 works on HF but not on VHF

Hi David,
                      I have seen this before as well, we have some around
here that don't hit all the digi-peaters and 
I bet a chocolate fish that your audio is off just enough not be decoded by
VK4RAT.

I can decode my own packets, so obviously for what ever reason VK4RAT
is not decoding me. I am in sight of the VK4RAT and only a few k away
and have no problems with phone.
