[OZAPRS] OT+ and FD-150A

Steve,

I'm not using the same combo but am successfully using an FD150A with a 
Tinytrak which has a very similar ptt circuit to the OT. Both switch a 
2k2 resistor to ground on the mic audio line to cause the FD150A to 
transmit. You could solder a 2k2 resistor across a 2.5mm plug and plug 
it into the radio to confirm if your problem is with the radio or the OT.
