[OZAPRS] TinyTrack3 Plus GPS Combo- Problems

Thanks, I have emailed the supplier.

Rob the problem with testing the GPS with a PC is I am not sure I can  
power it via the serial port. It requires 5V. I found a problem with  
a joint on the board which I fixed, and now have 5V at pin 4.
I reconnected all, except the radio.

With 5V to pin 4, on start up, the Orange and Green LEDs flash three  
times, but the green does not flash at all after that, nor does it  
stay on, suggesting no coms with the GPS.

Power light is on, but no others flashing
