[OZAPRS] Map Size Limitation in UI-View

There is a map size limitation in UIView. I don't know exactly what it 
is but I recall somewhere around 4MB. When I used UIView, and with my 
20MB topomaps, I reduced their quality in Irfanview, and it was 
noticeable. A better method would be to split the maps into smaller 
chunks if that's possible/convenient, keeping in mind the need for 
corner coordinates on each chunk.
