[OZAPRS] 40m Freq Offsets....

Here is the first freq offset measurement for today.

dF (Hz): VK5AH-4 0, VK5EX-4 +50, VK2KCM-4 0, VK4MDX-4 -25

My system will run all day, beaconing the freq offset of stations received here
on 40m APRS.
There MAY be some stations with what appears to be very large 
offsets, probably HF Packet BBS forwarding stations, not on the APRS 
freq. I think VK2SLM is one of them.
