[OZAPRS] QSYing from 20m to 40m

Well Ive had enough of 20m for now. Not much doing there really.. It seems
that presently propagation conditions make 40m the better option of the 2.

I am heading back to 40m for now with the HF GATE as I suspect most others
have.
