[OZAPRS] Now back on 40m

OK, David. Will leave it running for the day, its doing 40 watts 
right now, but I can cut that back. When your beacon is heard by my 
system, it will log your freq offset, if any. So that will give you 
an idea how you are tuned in.
I am on my other setup, calling CQ Pactor.....but nothing doing on 20 
metres.....
