[OZAPRS] Adelaide Network changes

Just a quick note to let all concerned know that the Adelaide network has
allready undergone some pretty massive short term changes.

This is to assist messaging during the Classic Adelaide Car Rally during the
period of 20-23 november this comming week. WICEN SA will be using the APRS
network to support the event this comming week for the purpose of tracking
and safety of the many vehicals.

Your co-operation and patience with this arrangment is appreciated. You will
find just prior to and during this time that local posits from mobiles and
home stations will be restricted in it nature. The Igate traffic will also
be restricted.
