[OZAPRS] VK2RTZ-1 is down

the vk2rtz-1 digepeater is down again. I've been aware of this for the 
past 3 days but  have not been able to write email due to my network 
rebuild going on here in my home.

I have notified the site owner and am awaiting news from him.
