[OZAPRS] First Server down ?

Yep - Our ISP at work developed a problem in their network, and despite
seeing alarms of a link failure decided not to do anything about it until we
raised a case first thing Monday morning.  

Turned out to be a bung router back in their network somewhere.

Total downtime was from around 2am EST Sunday morning until about 6am EST
Monday morning, and then massive packet loss until 11am EST when the fault
was finally rectified.

Has anybody else noticed that first.aprs.net.au is not accessable. 
Maybee it got a mention on here a while back that it was going to be 
down for maintenance but  I am not sure. It dropped out sometime 
saturday night pretty late or early sunday morning. You can not ping it 
and it shows up as not accessable on the second.aprs status page so 
something is certainly amiss..
