Some handy hints eg radios

Spoke with a nice lady tonight as I was shipping a radio.

She explianed that items have to be packed to withstand a drop from about 1 meter in height.

She also explained that most of the mail will tumble and is on conveyer belts.

I also had a mobile phone number on the fron of the box on a label, big no no apparently computers will interpret that as a post code.
