[OZAPRS] How to install XASTIR on an eeepc

If you want to stay out of the command line as much as possible, you can
use the first 6 steps of these instructions to install xastir (steps 1
to 6 only) note "etch main" is needed, not "main non-free contrib" in
step 4. 

I assume xastir will appear under the amateur radio section of the
packages.

Note, I haven't tried this and don't own an eee-pc, yet. Andrew et. al.
might be able to use this to clarify any differences for xastir. It's a
little more detailed and user friendly for those shy of the command
line.
