Generally get the registration details within 48 hours.

Hi new to APRs .
I am trying to set up ui view I have nearly got no hair left  from trying to

reg the program . I have been on web sites telling me I can reg it with my 
call sign .I have sent email and had them came back to me.
I am about to give up as a bad joke .
I can have the 16 bit ver running showing my house no internet access with 
that and the 32 I can  not get pass the reg page .
