[OZAPRS] Foundation Calls reminder

This is indeed the issue....

There is no problem with the F calls connecting on the APRS-IS using an
UNVERIFIED connection (validation number of -1) as this simple verification
is the 'trigger' that causes all of the regional I-Gates to transmit the
Internet data to RF.

If you could please ask Phil to set his verification number/password to -1
it will resolve all of the issues.

Unfortunately there is no simple way to configure IGates to block certain
calls or regexp variations of calls, so as it's been stated in this thread
the onus is on the end user to make sure they are not doing something that
would cause their license conditions to be violated.

running his home application with a validation number entered in it he will
come out on RF. Whish is where the issue is.
