[OZAPRS] second.aprs.net.au / australia2.aprs2.net outage

Hi folks,

 

Just had word from Damien VK2TDG that there is a "small" problem with the
DataCenter that  second.aprs.net.au  /  australia2.aprs2.net  is hosted in.

The whole DC is currently down, so as a result this server is also
unavailable until further notice.
