[OZAPRS] Aust Govt maps download struggle

Tony,

I grab the ecw versions and convert them to jpg with Irfanview. I'm 
going to try ppm in due course to minimise file sizes.

I tried shapefile but, either I didn't implement them properly (good 
chance) or they just don't look pretty. I haven't persevered with that 
line, however. I'm used to topo maps and they do just what I want.
