In the Program Files -> Peak Systems -> UI-VIEW directory, there is a file
called UIREG.bin, this file is the one that stores your rego info, and if
you copy it to a thumb drive etc, you simply drop it back into the directory
whenever you do a new install. All your rego details are taken care of
then.

Hi all,
Thanks for your responses on this subject. I sent of a request via the
ui-view.org web site (and a pox damn pesky the useless pseudo-portal
sites with similar names that provide nothing of value)
I did spend some time trawling the Windows Resistry for "ui-view", but
apart from lots of class registration bits came up with empty handed.
It *did* briefly occur to me to check for files in the UI-View home
directory, but figured anything of use would be in the Registry. Never
thought to look in the Windows directory!
Thanks again everyone for your assistance, and happy {insert seasonal
festivity of choice here}!
