[OZAPRS] Ui-View with Vista

I have had it running under vista ultimate before, the only issue being,
every so often it would tell me it is missing some file and refuse to run.
A quick re-install would see this straight.
But once running I did not have any issues with it.

Hi  Just before heading off to bed thought I would install UI-View  on the
new computer which runs under Vista my first impression it does not fully
run under Vista  I wonder if anyone else has UI-View running with Vista
First program that I have come across  so far that appears it may not do so.
