[OZAPRS] VK2RGL-1 (CabbageTree Mtn) now operational

Sorry, wrong pre amp location.

I will zip outside now and fire up the APRS and just leave the car sit
where it is and see if a packet gets through. I am approximately at Bucca
Wauka.

Still dramatically better coverage than without it, so my thanks once
again to those who made it happen.

Regards,
Shaun Pitcher

Cabbage Tree is a VERY busy site so there could be any number of reasons
why performance isn't meeting predicted values - antenna way down the
tower from anticipated level, desense from another service, etc, etc, or
the rx might have had a heart attack, it can happen.
