Well I've added him to the budlist of all Sydney area digipeates, so he
isn't getting digipeated any more. Once he works out he isn't getting to
the Internet he'll have to ask someone why . . .

It is indeed, and this has been brought up before about the same user.
However the person who brought it up was treated with contempt for daring to
say anything. IMHO, he has licence conditions and should stick to them, if
he doesn't like them, then upgrade...

I've noticed VK2FOUR beaconing as VK2-4, mobile around Sydney. Is this a
breach of his licence conditions? It's my understanding that they are
limited to voice or CW only.
