[OZAPRS] test drive

Oh dave dave dave,   with just 5 watts your making shots in from 
Clarencetown, thats utterly exceptional.  Previously we were sending  30 
watt vehicles north and there would be nothing at all after Grahamstown 
Dam, and they'd go totally patchy after just the Hexham bridge.  That is 
seriously stunning what you have been able to do with 5 watts.

You are the first to test north since the RTZ digipeater has been 
installed on Mt Sugarloaf. Well done and thank you muchly for the test.

More tests going north would be greatly appreciated by anyone, the more 
power the merrier.
