[OZAPRS] Katherine Igate

Hi guys

With the tourist season approaching for the NT I have swung the gate in
Katherine back from being a Satgate to a straight Igate and put it back
on the NT frequency of 145.175 Mhz

Naturally any travelers heading up this way are welcome to use it.
