I've seen this happen before as well ... On that occasion it could be seen
on the server to which I was connected, but not the other Australian
server.

I can't imagine the problem is with aprsd here, but I have just stopped
and
restarted the service just in case.

		A friend of mine, Dave VK4UN is travelling to VK3.  He is
using VHF on the way down and will use HF on the way back.

I noticed this afternoon that you were gating VK4UN-9 when I looked on
aprs.he.fi, but my station here, connected to australia.aprs2.net did not
show him at all.  I have seen this type of thing before and am not sure
why.
Not just with your Igate.

Any learned colleagues know why this may occur.

Incompatible weather format.

He is sending decimal values for wind speed and direction.

The aprs spec calls for whole numbers.
