[OZAPRS] SEQ APRS - I tried

OK, I give up, how can I motivate the key players in SEQ to get involved
with the Yahoo group I created?

I sent out email invitations to as many APRS users in VK4 as I could find,
and I got minimal responses.

People, I am open to suggestions.
