Whilst understanding the magnitude of the problem, that sort of
inflamatory attitude will do nothing to solve the problem.

Provided the alleged offending station is operating within the terms of
his licence, there is nothing you can do, regardless of any band or
local plans, or the damage he/she may be causing.

Sadly, that's how it is.

TNC2 compatible TNC's (with native software) provided for a reject list
for certain callsigns. Maybe that's what's needed if verbal
communication is not possible or ignored.
