[OZAPRS] What Have I done wrong?

I know.  Either the GPS is not talking to the TNC or I have an incorrect 
parameter in the TNC, which is my bet.

Looking at the raw data on findu it shows the same coordinates for every 
beacon so you're not only in Melbourne, you're not moving.
