[OZAPRS] New Kantronic KP3 and GPS arrived

Eiher is appropriate, depending on where you are.

In areas where the nearest Igate is not too far away, WIDE1-1, WIDE2-1 
may work every time but in more remote areas the extra hop of WIDE1-1, 
WIDE2-2 could be to your advantage.
