[OZAPRS] Does any APRS client actually detect anemergencystatus??

Hi Geoff ,

I just tried it on a Simplex channel with another station using UI-View &
after changing his beacon to Emergency & then beaconing a couple of
times,
it came up in the APRS Emergency software screen but did not activate it,
it
doesn't work at all, I wonder WHY ???
