[OZAPRS] Packet issues

1. I have disabled my LINUX satellite prediction feed that was causing
issues.

2. I have looked at the UI DIGI config for the SEQLD digi's - they need to
be changed.

They beacon too often and with a long path - all you hear is digi's ident.

In the interim, the owner of the digis could log in remotely and change
parameters until a new eprom can be burnt.

3. I have stats running on LINUX / PERL / MySQL for VK/ZL and satellite
stuff as well.

4. Good coverage map work is going on for SEQLD.
