[OZAPRS] Cross border propagation

[vk7arn]

What's with the Tasman?  We don't have that many sheep and we're not quite
so
"attached" to those that we do have.

I'm surprised at the number of times some packets cross the Tasman.

Take look at some traces VK3VHF took.
