Hello out there, just thought I would fire out an introductory note 
having joined this mail list.

I set up an Igate running on my older linux box here in newcastle  some 
considerable time ago and I track myself in the 1977 mini cooper around 
town. My small igate provides good coverage over the newcastle cbd and 
the surrounding 20 odd km which a few other aprs users in the area and 
some passing vehicles are able to be serviced by. Newcastle has few APRS 
operators but prhaps you may notice a little traffic from here on your 
maps, from time to time.
