[OZAPRS] GPS corrected APRS ?

I have been recording my GPS position over the last 24 hours.

I then gained an average location. This turned out to be spot on in google
earth.

I was surprised to see how much the GPS wandered. I had at times jumps of
20
meters.

I then subtracted the average gps location, and the current location from
the gps to give a corrected gps position.

To my surprise, the corrected GPS position was rock steady and on target.

Wouldn't it be nice to have GPS correction servers for APRS ?

Cheers
