Have a look at

for DB15 pinouts. 

Use PRM
Pin 4 for Mic from TNC to PRM
Pin 3 and/or 5 for GND
Pin 8 for PTT
Pin 10 for Rx audio from PRM to TNC

Anybody have different ideas?

Has any one connected a PRM8010 to a TNC? If so is there any querky 
things to watch out for and could you supply me with any pinouts that 
might be relevant.

The PRM8010 has a 15pin plug on the back of it
